Message from President

I am pleased to announce that Tri Ocean Engineering Ltd. has changed its name and started as Toyo Engineering Canada Ltd. effective October 1, 2011, and at the same time, I have assumed the role of President.

Expressing sincere gratitude to our clients for providing Tri Ocean with the opportunities of collaboration, Toyo Engineering Canada Ltd. now commit ourselves to continue to offer the same services to the upstream and midstream oil and gas market in western Canada but also to target and expand our business field to the downstream market in Canada and the Americas.

We have formed two major business units in our corporate organization to fully support our business fields. We will provide our services to projects under our current relationship with clients and will implement projects in any combination of engineering, procurement, and construction, with full range of commercial arrangements from reimbursable to lump sum.

We will continue to support our existing clients to the same and higher standards, and we look forward to working with new clients from now onward.
